Pay the detention you agreed to. Pay the lumper you told them to cover. Do not make them chase the POD. A driver who gets paid and gets out of the dock will take the next load. A speech will not.

Transportability Institute teaches people how to book trucks. It does not replace the person behind the wheel. On the consulting side, Skill Bridge is for a company that wants to train people leaving the military. That is a hiring plan. It is not the driver sitting at your dock this week.
Call the driver. Know the appointment. Get them unloaded. That is the week.
