A lot of shippers already brought product in after the early April tariff moves.
If you were promised May trucks against that freight, call and ask what is actually left. A building that is already full does not need the loads you are still holding trucks for.
Ask what is left to move
Do not keep capacity parked for a tender that already arrived. Ask which lanes went quiet. Re-price the ones that are still moving. A truck you held for freight that is sitting on a rack is a truck you could have booked.
Get the answer from the shipper, not from a guess about next month.
